Player Information


Although all eligible age groups are listed, recreation level players are usually grouped into U6, U8, U10, U12, U14, U16 and U18 age levels. We do consider age, and group younger U6 players together. A player may play up one recreation age group (Eg. play up from U6 to U8). A player cannot play down under any circumstances.
For players of different ages to be on the same team, both must register for the age group of the oldest player.

Select the player's grade for the upcoming soccer registration season. RPYSC will consider grade when assigning players to teams. For players of different ages to be on the same team, both must register for the age group of the oldest player.
If you are registering a new player a copy of the player's birth certificate or other givernment issued proof of age (eg. passport) is REQUIRED. Please scan or take a photo of the proof of age document and email the image to registrar@rpyouthsoccer.com

Parent / Guardian Information

Volunteers for coach or assistant coach must have a valid Michigan Risk Management number (criminal background check). Please contact us for more information on how to apply for a Michigan Risk Management number. The $10.00 processing fee will be reimbursed.

Your email address will only be used by RPYSC to send you news about upcoming events, programs and registration information. It will not be sold outside RPYSC.
Player registration is not request dependant. We will attempt to honor your Special Request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be fulfilled. Practice days and times are determined after the teams have been formed and cannot be requested in advance. Since this is recreation soccer, all coach selections and player team assignments will be made by an RPYSC Team Committee. Player selection by a coach or tryout is not permitted.

The child named above has my permission to participate in Reeths-Puffer Youth Soccer Club, Inc. (RPYSC) in accordance with the rules of RPYSC and the Great Lake Co-Ed Soccer League. I acknowledge and agree to the Player, Parent/Guardian and Coaches Code of Ethics. I understand and agree that RPYSC and the League (including officers, coaches, assistant coaches, employees and volunteers) shall be "held harmless" and not responsible for any injuries which occur on or off the field. My information will only be used by RPYSC to contact me regarding upcoming events, programs and registration information, and will not be sold by RPYSC to a third party. Periodically RPYSC updates their web site and may use photographs of players. Names of players are not used. If you do not want your child's photo used, please contact us at www.rpyouthsoccer.com.


Team Assignments are Non-negotiable. No Refunds after team rosters are submitted to GLCSL. $25.00 Fee for Returned Checks.


Registration and Uniform Payment

A team jersey or t-shirt, black soccer shorts, shin guards and black soccer socks are required for all games. Shin guards are required for practice too. A player's last name may be added to the back of the jersey in 2" white letters above the number, but first names and nicknames are not permitted.


A team T-shirt is included in the registration cost for U6 to U8 players. A jersey is required for U10 to U19 players and cost $25 each. Please select the size and quantity if you
need one. The cost will be automatically added to your total.


The registration fee is non-refundable after team committments are submitted to the league. The registration fee includes a team T-shirt for U6 to U8 players.

When you press submit you will be directed to a secure Paypal page to complete payment. You can use any major credit card to complete payment. A paypal account is not required. A receipt for your registration payment will be sent to the email included on this registration form once payment is completed.
