RPYSC is entirely run by volunteers. Consider how you can help to keep the club running when you fill out your registration form. We welcome help on the board, lining a field or coaching a team.
Tryouts for RPYSC Select teams were a great success! We will be creating 5 teams for the GVSA Select league in Fall 2010. Over 200 players attended tryouts with 74 offered positions on teams.
Maintain your soccer skills over the summer. There are several local tournaments that teams can sign up directly with. To see a list of MSYSA sanctioned tournaments visit their web site here.
What equipment does my child need to play?
Players are required to wear shin guards for all practices and games. Other equipment that is recommended:
- Black shorts
- Black soccer socks
- Soccer cleats (or tennis shoes)
- Ball - see our faq for appropriate sizes
- Jersey for U10 and up (jersey's are provided for U6 and U8)
- Water bottle for practice and games
