[more]New Club name
After much discussion, the board has decided to change its name to Reeths-Puffer Youth Soccer Club. This was prompted by changes in organizational regulations and the expiration, last year, of the Laketon Youth Soccer Incorporation status. The new name better reflects our growing organization and aligns our name with other area soccer organizations.
We still want to encourage all youth, both inside R-P’s district and from neighboring communities, to continue to participate within the soccer club. The board appreciates your continued support and understanding as we transition to improve club services for its members.
With our name change come changes in our uniform. A new jersey will be required for the fall 2010 season.
We will continue to wear the Laketon yellow uniform for spring 2010. If you need a new yellow Laketon jersey for this season we have reduced the price to $15.00.
As our Soccer Club grows we continue to look for help from our player’s families in all areas of our organization including but not limited to: Concession Volunteers, Field Maintenance (lining fields, garbage removal, net repair, etc), Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Board Members.
The future of our club depends on our volunteers - we have no paid staff in RPYSC. Consider helping out this season if you haven't already. We appreciate the time you contribute Reeths-Puffer Youth Soccer Club!

The February RPYSC board meeting will be on Wednesday, February 15th at 7:00pm. We will be meeting in the Reeths-Puffer Intermediate School Library.
RPYSC boards meetings are open meetings. Everyone is welcome to attend. If you are interested in how RPYSC runs, please join us. Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.

What size ball should I get for my child?
U6 and U8 use a size 3 ball
U10 and U12 use a size 4 ball
U13 and above use a size 5 ball
